About Us

We offer United States agent representation on behalf of food facilities, required by U.S. FDA regulations for facilities outside the United States. We can assist your firm in the registration process through our online user-friendly form. As your firm's independent United States agent, we accept all calls and correspondence from FDA on your firm's behalf and we can update your required information as required with FDA. We are not affiliated with U.S. FDA and we do not act on behalf of U.S. FDA.

U.S. Agent registration with RegisterFDA.com is renewed on an annual basis. Food facility registration with FDA, however, takes place only once; it does not expire. FDA must be notified within 60 days of any change in the mandatory registration information. If a food facility ceases operation or ceases providing food for consumption in the United States, or the facility is sold to a new owner the registration must be canceled within 60 calendar days of the reason for cancellation.

Food facilities do not need a certificate of registration. U.S. FDA issues a registration number to registered facilities, which we provide to our clients.
