Services
We provide US FDA registration services on behalf of food facilities that manufacture, process, pack or hold food for human or animal consumption in the United States. If your facility does not have a US FDA agent, we can also act as your US FDA agent. The US FDA agent acts as a communications link between FDA and the foreign facility. FDA treats representations by the US FDA agent as those of the foreign facility, and will consider information or documents provided to the US FDA agent equivalent to providing the information or documents to the foreign facility.

United States FDA Agent Representation
USD 475 per annum for each food facility
We accept all calls and correspondence from FDA on behalf of your firm's food facility and we can update your required information as required with FDA.
Note: FDA must be notified within 60 days of any change in the mandatory registration information. If a food facility ceases operation or ceases providing food for consumption in the United States, or the facility is sold to a new owner the registration must be canceled within 60 calendar days of the reason for cancellation.
